Elk Grove, Calif. – The annual Santa & Sirens parade is coming to town on three special nights. The Cosumnes Community Services District (CSD) Fire Department and the Elk Grove Police Department are coordinating with Santa Claus himself, December 12-14. Parades are scheduled to begin at the following fire stations:
- Station 75 (Laguna West), December 12
- Station 72 (Franklin), December 13
- Station 73 (East Elk Grove), December 14
Each parade will begin and end at the listed fire stations. They will travel the neighborhoods on their scheduled date from 7-9 p.m., weather permitting.
A small convoy of antique and modern emergency vehicles decked out for the holidays will escort Santa, Mrs. Claus, and his holiday entourage through the streets of Elk Grove. Firefighters, police officers, and volunteers will hand out candy canes and spread holiday cheer to residents of all ages. Donations of new, unwrapped, toys for the Police/Fire Toy Drive will also be accepted along the route.
For parade route maps, follow the Santa & Sirens link provided on the District’s website at www.yourcsd.com.
