With Thanksgiving just three days away, I decided to take a late Sunday night drive to the grocery store to try and pick up everything I might need for turkey day. Knowing how much cooking was in my near future, I also wanted to whip up a light and easy dinner that was fresh and filling, but involved minimal work in the kitchen. The short answer: No, there are no bootcamps scheduled for Thanksgiving Day.

The long answer: No, there are no bootcamps scheduled for Thanksgiving Day BUT you can, and should, still get a workout in!!
