Join in with Raley's and News10 to fight hunger in our community

Hunger is a reality for 1 in 8 Americans. You may not think you know anyone that is suffering, but millions are.

In California alone, nearly 27% of children don’t know where their meal will come from.

Raley’s Food For Families is one of the main givers of food for local food banks. Just one Food for Families bag can provide over 18 meals to a hungry family.

Donate at any Raley’s, Bel Air, Food Source stores, on-line at Raleys.com or on Facebook, now through Dec 31 and help in the fight to feed the hungry.  Raley’s Food For Families holiday bag program doubles customers’ charitable giving by offering a $10 bag of wholesome, nonperishable and fresh food valued at more than $20 to benefit local food banks. Donors can personally select where they want their donation to go, ensuring that 100% of their contribution will feed the hungry in their neighborhood.

Great Gravy!

Molly Siegler

Gravy is the linchpin of any celebrated Thanksgiving feast – it manages to tie all the meal elements together and is one of those special holiday things many of us rarely make outside of Thanksgiving.

Pour it over dressing, mashed potatoes and turkey, sop it up with a roll and be sure to save a little for your leftovers sandwich.
