Nicole's Previously Loved Fashions has approximately 100 short dressy style dresses at $10 each and 100 long prom, evening and bridesmaid gowns at $20.  The dresses are all gently used, but in great condition. 

Even if you aren't on a budget, it's worth the time to check it out.  You never know if the dress is there and why not pay less for it?

On Friday, Nov. 23, dozens of local businesses will be offering incentives and prizes for shopping locally this holiday season.

The annual Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove Holiday Shopping Program will run throughout the holiday season until Dec. 16.

Shoppers can enter to win prizes by visiting any of the participating locations, filling out a raffle entry form and dropping it in the holiday bag.  The more stores a shopper visits, the more opportunities are available to win prizes.
